Reservation Inquiry
At any time a user can click the reservation inquiry option, by entering account number and confirmation number, from any desktop connecting to the web. This inquiry will work to peruse all your orders placed from the Web and/or Telephone, and your confirmed order may be referenced either way. Your accommodations may be 'altered on the fly' should your itinerary change, or cancelled with this method, prior to dispatch.
The Reservation Inquiry Screen will refresh every fifteen seconds as to the status of your order. As soon as your Driver responds in real time with his Estimated Time of Arrival, your inquiry screen will refresh to include your Car Number and ETA (which will continue to update with refresh until the Driver is on Scene. A windows VB Script screen will also appear to inform the user of the Car Number as soon as it is established, forcing the user to click "OK" to acknowledge the ride.
