Aristacar Clients may now look up Base Fare Rates online!
By Entering your Account Number and Password, you will be directed to Entry of Pickup and Destination Locations to compute your Base Fare from our Pricing Database.
Upon placing a rate inquiry, Please begin by selecting your Pickup County or State from the Dropdown Menu. For New York City Locations, please select the street location, for out of town locations, please select the City location. Once you select the city, borough or airport from the dropdown menu, you will need to click the red tab "find street" to enter the information through the real time interface. A window will pop up to select the exact street location. Select either the first digit or character of the street you are searching for. For example: If you are searching for 37th ave, enter the first character in this case 3. For East and West streets, look under e and w. (i.e. 37th ave = 3, arden st = a). Click the select button, and the window will disappear. The location will be present on the rate inquiry screen. Once you follow the directions for both Pickup and destination, click the "Lookup Price" button, and the screen will refresh with your desired rate at within the field at the top of your screen.
